“I met Jenny at a yoga retreat and I was impressed by her determination and her approach to fitness and well being in general. We stayed in touch and soon enough I started training with Jenny in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle, generally tone up but more importantly to strengthen my glutes and core, after a recent hip surgery. My overall strength and fitness improved a lot since training with Jenny. What I like about Jenny is that she is very encouraging and unlike other PT’s she is very supportive if you do other exercises or classes. Our sessions are always hard work but always with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated, she even plays my favourite Italo hip hop music and when I think I can’t do something due to my hip condition, she gives me alternatives, which always means that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible.
